My name is Jon and I live in Los Angeles. I've visited Japan a lot so that's what this blog is about...visiting Japan, Japanese history and samurai movies.
Daibutsu, Kamakura
Daibutsu in Kamakura, June 2010. There were thousands of school kids visiting that day. It was still great fun.

Enoshima Cat
A local cat at Enoshima Jinja shrine on Enoshima island near Kamakura. This photo was taken last summer.
This is my entry in this weeks Show Me Japan. Please click on the photo below to see more great Japan photos at Budget Trouble.
That kitty looked fixated at something. ;p
ReplyDeleteProbably was fixated on my two boys who wanted to pet him...which they did. :-)
ReplyDeleteMy boy would probably pet them too if he see that cat. XD
ReplyDeleteYes, love the Enoshima cats! They're so chill and well fed, he he. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, you know how to get onto my good side! Show me a cat and I'm as happy as can be! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe cats are famous I guess.
ReplyDeleteI knew you liked cats Anna. :)
I like the angle of this adorable cat photo, which I occasionally do the same, as well:)
ReplyDeleteThanks. My wife actually took this photo. She's a better photographer than I am. :)
